Returns

If you are unhappy with an item you can return your item for store credit OR exchange for a different size/item if in stock. Customer will be responsible for paying the shipping on all returns/exchanges.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns received 14 days after the post marked delivery date or if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return.

All items purchased on sale are final sale and not eligible for return.

Merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and from a smoke free home with original tags attached. Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.

Items not eligible for returns include sale items (any discount), bodysuits & swim for sanitary reasons.

Please note- original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Use a known carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex with a tracking number to ensure your package is not lost. You are responsible for return postage.

Returns will be processed within 5-8 business days after we receive your package.

In the event you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us at prettythreadsboutique@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery to start the replacement process.
